1901 House Retrofit — 12-Unit Apartment Conversion

This unique project involved the complete retrofit of a stately 1901 residence into a thoughtfully designed 12-unit apartment building.  The clients’ vision was clear: preserve the building’s historic charm, like the exposed brick and timeless details, but deliver the comfort and convenience of today’s living.

Each unit is internet-ready and comes fully equipped with high-end appliances including washer, dryer, stove, fridge, and dishwasher. Climate control is covered with air conditioning, and the building features electric vehicle charging stations to meet growing tenant needs.

The smart layout maximizes space and natural light, creating homes that blend character with modern functionality.
